John and Patti have never met! Read how she sold his home!

Patti Adams was recommended to John by the company managing his Chula Vista rental property. He was thinking of selling his property in June 2010. Patti encouraged him to move up the sale because of market conditions which included the stimulis of the $8000 federal tax credit. She sold the home but the buyers got the infamous "buyers remorse" at the last minute and cancelled. She sold it a second time and this is what John had to say: Thanks for you tenacity in selling my home. Both times you priced it right, and got me an offer. After the first snafu, which I don't hold you accountable for, many of my friends asked if I got a new realtor. I didn't, and I am glad I didn't. I stuck with you because you were in touch with the market and knew what you were doing. I keep reading news stories about homes sitting on the market and never getting an offer. I am glad you were my realtor and thanks for all the effort in getting it sold. Keep up the great work.
